 ​Thank you for considering me as your Spiritual Director. It would be an honor to be a soul companion with you in this way. I am based in Eliot, Maine and offer both in-person and virtual Spiritual Direction.

I also offer walking sessions if it’s helpful for you to move your body while you process.

An initial (and complementary) introductory session is recommended so that we can explore together if I would be a good fit for you.
