About Judy.

Judy Kuzman is a Spiritual Director living and working on the seacoast of southern Maine. She has been married for 36+ years, has 4 adult children, and is the founder of High Cliff Soul Care.

Her first love is her family. A close second is caramel iced coffee from Dunks.

She is fond of (translate: craves) change, loves adventure (but not risk), and is most at home on the rocky coast. 

Judy is trained and certified by Fall Creek Abbey’s School of Spiritual Direction. She brings 35 years of experience working with people in various ministry settings as well as a life deeply informed by grief, suffering, hope and restoration to her work. She is no stranger to sitting with people in pain. Her current role within her vocational ministry context includes walking alongside hurting parents whose children are on difficult journeys.

High Cliff Soul Care was born out of Judy’s own personal engagement with spiritual growth, a deep understanding that life is full of both beauty and sorrow; and her firm belief that God’s presence can indeed be experienced within both.

Judy is currently pursuing her Certificate in Spiritual Formation through the PAX Center for Spiritual Formation.
